So apparently injuries have hit the Carolina panthers from all angles and I mean all. Shit even Steve smith has been suspended from 2 of the games that everyone and their mother knows the panthers are going to loose.
Don’t you just love it when you are dealing with realist panthers fans and not the panthers sans 2006 football season. You have got to admit, heck people don’t even expect anything from the panthers this season. It’s the same old thing, its going to be another lost season where they came up with the excuse of injuries of go the 2005 season route where they lost games by 3 to 4 points.
Be positive for even one second, look at the defense for instance – they are loaded. Chris harris, Jon beason, Thomas Davis, Julius peppers – charles godfrey scares me a lil bit ; hell we even have Richard marshall on the team. Quick mention, I think that Richard marshall gets the nfl. He is everywhere and knows that he can get cut any minute. He works his ass off from cornerback, punt returner – refilling Gatorade and that’s the kind of player you want. I wish the quarterback who was just released(I have no idea who he is called) was the same way. Special teams is also loaded with players who have spilled over from the depth of linebackers, corners, safeties(c.j Wilson) and so on and forth.
When it comes to the offense the panthers are not as bad off as they think they are. Okay lets not even dare compare them to new England, but if they play the way they were playing at Washington against the redskins, especially in the fourth quarter, we could be in for a treat. With receivers, well you know how that goes, Carolina is going to have to rely and believe in dwaynne jarret because that’s why they drafted him in the first place. There is nothing worse than not believing in a player or a person for that matter, and you saw what happened against the redskins, tell me Carolina wouldn’t have scored if jake hadn’t hooked up with Dwayne jarret twice. J
Well tonight we shall see how the panthers play against pittsburg. I am sure we wont see too much, but surely whatever decisions need to me made have already been made. It’s a matter of just finishing up these coming weeks and we shall be good to go.
